if the duel started and you don't deal before to use cbug or not    that will allowed bug in duel because should deal before we start the duel

If you don't come to deal, or come to form any agreement of sort, then the usage of bugs is then allowed.

A duel starts:

Player X: I will use C-Bug.
Player Y: No, I can't C-Bug, don't use it.
Player X: But I said it first!!!!!!!!

Still, bugs would not be allowed in this duel, right?

Indeed. If one opponent dis-agrees, it automatically dis-allows the usage of c-bug.

Sounds like a mess to me.

It should be like this:
Bugs are allowed in duels unless 1 player says he doesnt want a duel with weapon bugs before the duel starts.
The usage of bugs is by default not allowed. The fact that we allow of these bugs to be used in duels is for we feel there are sometimes individuals who are comfortable (and willing to) with dueling opponents with the usage of bugs. Remember - there has to be a both sided agreement in order to allow the usage of bugs for duels. If one is not comfortable so, then the usage of bugs is not allowed. No matter who sais it first. From what I understand from your statement, that already exists.

Right, okay, I understand that.

The problem is this part:

Quote:- If the opponent does not respond to your bug usage proposal

It implies the usage of bugs is allowed!
Quote:Indeed. If one opponent dis-agrees, it automatically dis-allows the usage of c-bug.

So if I send a bug usage proposal and I get ignored it means that weapons bugs are allowed?
but then in the arena, the opponent can basically say: "lets not do weapon bugs" and fuck me over (because then weapon bugs arent allowed)?
I am better than you :=)

If you send a proposal for example:

PLAYER A: Lets use C-BUG? // C-BUG
PLAYER B: --BLANK--

Then yes, you are allowed to use bugs. If however the opponent isn't happy with using bugs, then they are not to be used: (as seen below)

PLAYER A: C-Bug?
PLAYER B: no thanks

What I asked was this:

PLAYER A: Lets use c-bug?
PLAYER B: --BLANK--
*duel starts, weapon bugs are supposed to be allowed now*
PLAYER B: Lets not use c-bug
*now since PLAYER B disagrees to the c-bug it means that c-bug isnt allowed?*
PLAYER A: *gets trolled and may lose because PLAYER B changed his mind*

Ohh, a deal must be formed BEFORE the duel begins.

Sorry for not making it clear.
